Model ZWK127 Mine-used Control Device for Endless-rope Winch, which is suitable for mine underground with explosive gas (methane) and coal dust, is a special control device for frequency-converting endless-rope winch. It has functions of monitoring, control and protecting of winch running in mine underground, improving traction and control ability of endless-rope winch.
The device can realize frequency-converting stepless speed regulation of endless-rope winch including start, stop, heavy load, light load, upward and downward, and it has multiple protection functions of over-current, over-voltage, over-winding, over-speed, emergency stop, skidding, dotted emergency stop. This device has 10.4" LED screen, nixie tube, indicator to display running status, and it has automatic voice warning at key points such as start/stop, slope and turnoff, greatly convenient for operation.
