It
is used to realtime monitor, control, dispatch and manage sewage
treatment process. It is in staple structure and two PLC monitoring
and control hosts are mutually redundant. It is characterized
by strong adaptability, high reliability, good open performance,
easy extendability and economic practicability with applications
of simplified logic control and complicated decentralization
control.
This system can be divided into
administrative layer and monitoring and control layer.
The administrative layer consists
of network server, workstation, printer and UPS. The network
transmission medium is optical fiber and twisted-pair cable
and the data transmission employs rapid Ethnet, IEEE802 Standard
with rate of 100Mbps. It can be extended and networked. The
system software has powerful functions to achieve remote adjugement
and management through INTERNET.
The monitoring and control layer
consists of PLC host, industrial controller, printer, UPS, operation
dest, mimic board, large-screen display, color screen projector
and others like PLC outstation/remote I/O station, assistant
relay case, high-low voltage switch case, machine side control
case as required in the spot. The data exchange between monitoring
and control equipments and PLC, PLC and industrial controllers
employs DH+ net (of AB Company) or MB+ net (of Modicon Company)
or GCM+ net (of GE Company) to achieve realtime monitoring and
control. |

reflux, left mud flux, liquid level of drug pool, weight of
chlorin bottle, outgoing water flow, and ammonia and nitrogen

and individual drawing of the whole process and the status and
parameters of equipments; |

like statistics analysis, printing and storage; |

and storing, information search and outputting of management

With Excel Access, the system can install
history database, and establish files to analysis and process
all the database and output the needed production report; |
