and Technology Co., Ltd. established the complete system of
production, operation and management for meeting the demand

Our company has set
up 7 functional management departments including the administrative
office, finance department, human resource department, planning
department, stock department, market department and development
department and 4 branch companies according to the primary business.
And each branch has production and management department such
as technology development department, production department,
sales department and quality control department. In the human
resource management our company has established a perfect open
system for introducing, training and checking of personnels. |

In the production
management our company has established a perfect quality management
system according to the ISO quality system. The general manager
is directly in charge of the quality management which is carried
out by the quality control department of each branch and all
the stuff. The quality management includes quality management
of products and work and covers the whole process of product
design, manufacture, sales and after service. |

In the finance management
our company strictly carries out the standard management according
to the finance system of the jointing stock enterprise. Based
upon the unification of finance management and accounting method
our company has interior two-stage accounting and strengthen
the functions of financial plan, analysis, forecast and decision.

for heavy medium coal preparation. We have a coal preparation
plant which has annual production value about 15 millions yuan,
108 sets of various processing equipments, 2341 square meters
workshop, and a testing base for heavy medium coal preparation. |

Electric-haulage shearers.
We have 1207 square meters workshop for shearers' assembling
and 26 sets of needed processing equipments. |

Integrated mine wide
automation system. We have 3520 square meters workshop for production,
a process line for installation and 62 sets of equipments of
processing, jointing, assembling and testing. |

Special construction
for underground projects. We have 2036 square meters workshop
and testing laboratory, a testing base and 165 sets of construction
equipments. |
