With fire-guard industrial television
the system can monitor the temperature of brick burning in the
rotary kiln furnace continuously and adjust the status in the
kiln timely; |

The parameters like temperature, pressure,
valve position and kiln speed at the keypoints of the rotary
kiln furnace are monitored by computers. The computer in the
kiln hood control room can display the current industrial parameters
of the system, print the change curve and store the historical
data; |

The system gets realtime detection,
display, record and printing of each industrial parameter by
computers. It not only can make the operator in the control
room know the industrial condition of the system timely and
comprehensively and make quick and correct response to the abnormal
changing of some conditions, but also is convenient for analysis
and research for the technologists; |

Automatic control of kiln's material
feeding according to the kiln speed changing can stabilize the
pyrology parameter and improve labour productivity. Meanwhile,
