Integrated Mine Wide Automation System integrates surface information management system and subsystems of monitoring and control for mine environment, automation control and communication for coal production together with high-speed Ethernet ring net and automation software. It really realizes mine wide integrated management and control.
The system has two networking modes of industrial Ethernet ring net and GEPON (Gigabit Ethernet Passive Optical Network). |

Multiple software interfaces (OPC, DDE, ODBC, FTP) integrate all the subsystems, realizing integrative management and control of coal mine wide; |

With B/S and C/S structure and based on IE browser, client terminal can be of zero configuration; |

Based upon reserving functions and characteristics of each subsystem, it can coordinate all the subsystems working in optimum condition, and any workstation can control any devices of surface and underground after strict safety authorization; |

The system has functions of data inquiry and statistic, historical curve display, report forms printing, gradual alarm, graded management of data system, alarm error record, complete event record, etc.; |

With powerful function of graph configuration, the system can display dynamic graphs of each subsystem in group or divided screen in real-time. |

The system includes three layers with the control layer employing Ethernet ring and the devices layer employing field bus for insuring real-time of the subsystems. |

Redundant ring net can establish rapid connection and connection restoration with restoring time <20 ms (500 ms). |

Main redundant ring employs single-mode optic fiber with transmission rate 100 M/1 000 M. |

The system can transmit multiple signals of industrial TV, safety monitoring system, production monitoring system and IP dispatching and communication system by 1-core optic fiber synchronously; |

By the communication mode of upward broadcasting and downward TDM, dynamic flow of each ONT (Optic Network Terminal) can be maximum 100M bandwidth, ensuring real-time and transmission quality of information; |

Two redundant modes of double Bus lines and ring ensure not only reliability of the system but also flexibility of networking; |

ONT is convenient for operation and easy for maintenance by plug and play; |

Each OLT has 4 Ethernet ports of 1 000 M which can be connected with 32 ONTs and each ONT has multiple 10/100 M Ethernet ports; |

By passive optical branching technology, single ONT failure will not break running of whole system, thus ensuring good explosion-proof and anti-interfering features and stable running; |
