Integrated Mine Wide Automation System based on industrial Ethernet integrates surface information management system and subsystems of monitoring and control for mine environment, automation control and communication for coal production together by high-speed Ethernet ring and automation software. It really realizes integrated management and control of mine wide. |
| |
| |
Multiple software interfaces (OPC, DDE, ODBC, FTP) integrate all the subsystems, it realizes integrative management and control of coal mine wide. |
With B/S structure and based on IE browser, the client terminals can be of zero configuration. |
Based upon reserving functions and characteristics of each subsystem, it can coordinate all subsystems working in optimum condition, and with strict safety authorization every workstation can control any devices of the surface and underground in the system. |
It has functions of data inquiry and statistic, historical curve display, report forms printing, gradual alarm, graded management of data system, fault-alarmed record and complete event record, etc. |
With powerful functions of graph configuration, it can display dynamic graphs of each subsystem in group or divided screen in real-time. |
The system includes three layers with the control layer employing Ethernet ring and the devices layer employing field bus for insuring real-time of the subsystems. |
Redundant ring net can establish rapid connection and connection restoration with restoring time <20 ms (500 ms). |
Main redundant ring employs single-mode optic fiber with transmission rate 100 M/1000 M. |
All the products are of industrial grade, insuring long-term running of the whole automatic system in reliability. |
The system has kinds of safety measures including hardware and software, insuring safe and reliable running of the system; |
The system has powerful functions of data integration and background data processing, supporting normal running of all professional systems, and providing data basement for modernized management of the whole coal mine, so as to realize truly integrative management and control. |
The system is the first system which utilizes Ethernet ring in coal mine underground and with the first automation software for mine wide passing through the national evaluation. |
