The system has multiple operation modes of local start, remote single start and remote start, local no-starting (for examine and repair). 

When the centralized control subsystem for production starts (or has fault), the industrial television subsystem can automatically switch over to the started or failed device to realize automatic tracing and monitoring.

Before the centralized control subsystem for production starts (or has fault), the information display subsystem and the communication and dispatching subsystem can automatically display corresponding text and broadcast voice alarming to warn operators, greatly improving system safety.

The system can realtimely display working status and technical parameters of process devices, provide query of historic data, failure alarming, operation record and running time.

The system supports WEB issue and browsing dynamic pages by Internet Explorer in real time; 

General management functions such as creating and printing of report forms, record and display of historic data, statistics of system running time, etc.

The system can network with the super system, realizing two-way transmission of data.

Integrating centralized control subsystem for production, electronic information display subsystem, dispatching broadcasting communication subsystem and industrial television subsystem together, it improves whole system performance and dispatching efficiency and reduces system cost;

The centralized control system for production utilizes decentralized control structure, the control outstations are set at power distributing spots, greatly saving control cables; and any outstation's fault will not cause breakdown of whole production system, especially suitable for coal preparation plants;

Every control outstation has independent control function. When an equipment in its control area has fault, it can realize fault protection at once and send the fault information to the upper computer at the same time;

The centralized control subsystem for production has Bus or Ethernet communication structure, each control outstation is connected to Bus or Ethernet, convenient for setting up the system by steps and system expanding (based on centralized control, two ways to realize single-computer automation: use the existing control outstations; connect more outstations to communication channel);

Through the electronic information display subsystem, the system can send text information of technical parameters to main production stations, ensuring product quality.
