When the centralized control subsystem for production starts (or has fault), the industrial television subsystem and the communication and dispatching subsystem can automatically display corresponding text and broadcast voice alarming to warn operators, greatly improving system safety; |

Every control outstation has independent control function. When an equipment in its control area has fault, it can realize fault protection at once and send the fault information to the upper computer at the same time; |

The centralized control subsystem for production has Bus or Ethernet communication structure, each control outstation is connected to Bus or Ethernet, convenient for setting up the system by steps and system expanding (based on centralized control, two ways to realize single-computer automation: use the existing control outstations; connect more outstations to communication channel); |
