Our company is the first unit in China engaged in research of monitoring and control technology for belt conveyor in coal mine, and we have developed a series of advanced products for belt conveyor. Model KJ161 Mine-used Monitoring and Control System for Belt Conveyor Based on Model KJD30Z Industrial Control Computer is our new system for multi-belt conveyors developed from our previous monitoring and control systems and with advanced technology of Ethernet + field Bus, ARM technology, configuration software, automatic identification technology for relative position and property of devices, and it is suitable for the coal mine underground and the surface severe environment.

 
Functions of the system
Have multiple control modes with remote linkage, local centralized control, single control, spot examine and repair (test);
With the industrial control computer, functions of centralized control of stop/start of all belt conveyors and coal feeders, interlocking start in backward coal stream and interlocking stop in upward coal stream, control of stop/start of part of belt conveyors in the system and functions of automatic tension, soft start, power balance, controllable brake and downward brake according to features of start, running and stop of belt conveyor can be realized.
The system has complete detection and protection functions including stop and locking for emergency, slippage (overspeed), misalignment, belt breakage, longitudinal tearing, coal stacking (blockage), full bunker, overtemping sprinkling, smoke and low limit of tension;
Equipped with video monitors, the system can monitor running status of all the devices.
Equipped with communication and signaling device, the system can realize functions of start announcement and dotting liaison along belt conveyor line.
With 12.1" TFT color LCD monitor, the system can display running status, parameters and fault status of all the devices in animation, graph and characters.
The system has operation interface with menus. All the protection values can be set by rolling the cursor and the user can disable the unneeded protection functions according to real conditions;
If any protection acts, the system can automatically pop out a window for fault, displaying property and location of the fault, and can locate the fault quickly for repairing in time.
The system has functions of querying, displaying and statistic of historical data and curves.
The system has various ports such as Ethernet port, CAN port, RS485 and RS232 ports, convenient for connecting with other subsystems and devices and networking with Integrated Mine Wide Automation System.
 
Features of the system
The system has rich control functions and complete detection and protection functions.
The system has good configuration, the setting up of device, object, logic and interface can be guided, needn't programming.
With the Bus devices are plug-and-play and the address switches needn't be set, the system can identify the model, ID and connected position of devices automatically, which is convenient for judging property and position of fault.
Simple network structure of Ethernet + field Bus is convenient for installation.
Simple and fast plug-and-play mode is convenient for installation, test and maintenance.
