Model KGV5 Locking Switch for Emergency is used for locking protection and control for emergency along belt conveyor. Other protection devices along conveyor such as belt misalignment switch, longitudinal tearing sensor and signaling devices for start announcement and dotting liaison can be connected to electric control system by the locking switch which has Bus-type recognition circuit for fault location, and then the electric control system can recognize different fault and location. The locking switch is suitable for coal mine underground with explosion danger of methane and coal dust, also for industries of coal, metallurgy, chemical and building material, and for surface severe environment such as coal preparation plant, steel plant, thermoelectric power plant, grain storage, and port. |

The locking switch can receive data request through CAN Bus and send input, output and realtime working status or values to Bus; |

It can receive command from Bus and control responding output port; |

It can send status or values of each port to Bus in fixed cycle; |

It can connect with passive normal-open misalignment switch, and send the status of misalignment switch to Bus in realtime when the misalignment switch acts; |
