The Integrated Mine Wide Automation
System Based on GEPON is consisted of surface network system,
monitoring and control subsystems for environment and production,
the system's application software and GEPON for high speed transmission
channel.
GEPON (Gigabit Ethernet Passive
Optical Network) is consisted of OLT (Optical Line Terminal),
ONT (Optical Network Terminal) and KL5001 Junction Box for Optical
Cable. It can synthetically transmit the information of video,
voice and data. Comparing with Industrial Ethernet Ring, GEPON
has better performances in transmission quality, real-time,
applicability of the tree-like redundant network. |

The system can transmit multi-signal
of industrial TV, safety monitoring system, production monitoring
system and IP dispatching and communication system at the same
time with 1-core optical fiber; |

Rich software interfaces (OPC, DDE,
ODBC, FTP) integrate all the subsystems and the integrated management
and control is realized; |

The system can realize control on any
device of surface and underground by any workstation; |

The system has complete function of
network management to realize the parameters' setting for the
OLT and ONT, manage the communication state in real time and
alarm for fault, and meanwhile realize the function of redundancy
of double-bus and circle structure of the network system; |

The system has functions of data inquiry
and statistic, historical curve display, report forms printing,
gradual alarm, graded management of data system, alarm error
record, complete event record, etc.; |

With powerful function of graph configuration,
the system can display dynamic graphs of subsystems in group
or divided screen in real time. |
