Model CZB1 Low-voltage Intelligent Protection Device, based on DSP and other software and hardware technologies, is a newly developed protection device for explosionproof low-voltage switches, and is used for integrated protection of 660 V/1140 V various mine-used flameproof vacuum switches. It can be used for protection for main switch of low-voltage power system and branch switch, also for motor’s control switch which does not start frequently.

Measuring Function: it can measure current, voltage, active power, passive power, power factor, frequency; |

Protection Functions: it has complete protection functions of short-circuit, over-load, leakage, leakage locking, phase failure, three-phase unbalance, under-voltage, over-voltage and so on, and all the protection functions can start/stop separately; |

Automatic Record Function of Remote/Onsite Test of Leakage: it can take remote leakage test by receiving command from monitoring and control host, and also take onsite manual test automatically with records of testing time and number of times; |

(Linking) Control Function: including functions of air-door/electricity locking, methane-electricity locking, remote control; |

Communication Function: it provides RS485 communication interface to realize transmission functions of remote monitoring, remote signaling, remote control, fixed-value setting for protection and enquiry, working status of devices, event record and so on; |

LED Display: it can display voltage, current, active power, passive power, power factor, insulation resistance, electric net frequency, electricity, closing times, event information and so on; |

Time Function: it can display time in realtime, change time locally, automatically calibrate time by centralized remote control and the time can go on working if the device powered off; |
