Basic Information Platform for Digital Mine Based on 3DGIS

Digital Mine: it means to establish an information model in range of coal mine based on 3D coordinate and to describe all information of each point in mine. Organizing and storing mine information according to 3D coordinate, with effective, convenient and visual search and display methods, it makes related personnel be able to master and utilize various mine information rapidly, exactly and completely. Which is to say, digital mine is integration of information frame based on 3D coordinate and its mutual relations and received information embedding in the frame. Thus there are two levels to explain digital mine: the first level is to digitize fixed information (relatively fixed information directly related to space position such as landform, geology underground, excavating plans, finished project underground and so on) and establish a digital mine based on 3D coordinate, describing the mine and mine body completely and detailedly; the second level is to embed all related information (relatively dynamic information indirectly related to space position such as managements of storage, electromechanical, human resource, production and technology) based on the first level to form a multidimensional digital mine.

Basic Information Platform for Digital Mine Based on 3DGIS: With its core business for production systems for coal mine including geology survey system, shaft and laneway system, excavating surface, underground power distribution, transportation system, ventilation system, water supply and drainage system, fire preventing and extinguishing system, evacuating route system, hoisting system, coal preparation system, loading system, etc, based on principle of data integration, fusion and share, Basic Information Platform for Digital Mine Based on 3DGIS classifies information of coal mine into fixed information and dynamic information according to concept and development target of digital mine and view of mine manager how to use the information. The fixed information includes geological information such as laneway, coal bed based on geology survey, and the dynamic information includes information of environment underground, devices and personnel during production process. Based on these, starting from realizing digitization of basic information of coal mine, and taking consideration of different information generating and collecting modes of each subsystem, the platform smoothly integrates various basic information from different data sources together under a space reference coordinate with 3DGIS technology, displays the information vividly with 2D vectorgraph or 3D model through software, provides data interface for analyzing and decision-making of each subsystem and assists safe production process scientifically, so as to prepare solid ground for higher informationization of production and business management for enterprises.

Basic Information Platform for Digital Mine and application systems: Basic Information Platform for Digital Mine provides mine-used objects and its basic data with a system for storing, organizing and managing, accessing, integrating, representing and release, and its bottom provides API of DLL, COM, Web Services. Application systems for mine need to be developed upon the platform.
