Based on the principle of data integration, fusion and share, Digital Basic Information Platform Based on 3DGIS for Mine classifies the information of coal mine into static information and dynamic information according to its core operation as production systems for coal mine including geology survey system, shaft and laneway system, excavating surface, underground power distribution, transportation system, ventilation system, water supply and drainage system, fire preventing and extinguishing system, evacuating route system, hoisting system, coal preparation system, loading system, etc. The static information includes geological information such as laneway, coal bed based on geology survey and the dynamic information includes information of environment underground, devices and personnel during production process. Due to different information collecting modes of each subsystem, this platform smoothly integrates various basic information from different data sources together under the same space reference frame with 3DGIS technology, then displays the information vividly with 2D vectorgraph or 3D model through software, therefore providing data interface for analyzing and decision-making of each subsystem.

Digital Basic Information Platform Based on 3DGIS consists of four software packages including data center, enterprise manager, space data collecting system, customized application platform. Main functions of each package: |

Data center is the core, mainly for storing space data and managing object of coal mine, and it is professional extension of object function supported by relation database, this function is developed from the bottom layer. |

Enterprise manager is the configuration center for data management, it supports two modes of organizing data categories from object of mine and production system, providing tools for data configuration, information search, visualization and information analysis. Its target is to manage data. |

Based on data center and with 2DGIS support platform, space data collecting system can realize space data collecting in alternating visual mode according to work flow of each production subsystem, its target is to make out data. |

Customized application platform is also based on data center, manifesting production system of coal mine by 3D model or 2D vectorgraph, and realizing information searching, roaming, location and 2D/3D data linkage. By smooth integration with Integrated Mine Wide Automation System through configuration of enterprise manager, the system can realize realtime display of equipment, workers, environment of coal mine, and according to user¡¯s request the system also can develop customized application system based on second development package. |
